Dates & Cost
Students in Year 7 and Year 8 in 2009 are invited to participate in the Pilgrimage to St Christopher’s Home (Fiji) that will take place from Monday 13 April to Friday 24 April 2009. A detailed itinerary will be issued to all pilgrims prior to departure. The inclusive cost is approximately $3,490.
The cost includes:
• All airfares, transfers and bus tickets
• Travel insurance and all international ticketable and departure taxes
• 8 nights’ accommodation and all meals at St Christopher’s Home
• 3 nights’ accommodation at West’s Motor Inn, Nadi and some meals
• Bus transfers from Suva to Nadi
• Boat trip to and from South Sea Island - meals and drinks included
• Most tourist and sightseeing activities
• A donation to St Christopher’s Home
• Official group uniform and badge
• 24 hour access to professional support staff
The final cost of the Pilgrimage may change due to fuel levies/taxes and currency fluctuations. Places are limited to 45 participants. In response to a request from the Sisters, we will be bringing a small group of adults to St. Christopher's to assist with a building program. Please complete the application form attached and return it to your school contact person as soon as possible.
Pilgrimage Team The team will be announced in early June 2008 and a non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid by 23 June 2008. The balance is to be paid by 22 October 2008.
